• All items are thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged before being shipped to ensure quality and accuracy.

• For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept any hair products that have been opened, worn, altered, or handled in any way.

• Order cancellations or modifications are not permitted once an order has been placed.

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL! There will be no refunds or exchanges issued for any purchased product unless the product is deemed to be defective by the MERCHANT or applicable laws. If a product is defective, it must be shipped back to the merchant within 30 days of purchase with all tags and wrappings attached before a refund/exchange will be issued. Product(s) must be completely unused and unaltered in order to be reimbursed.
